Gold Logie award-winning television personality and comedian Denise Drysdale has for more than three decades lived 100 kilometres from Melbourne on an idyllic farm at Neerim North in Gippsland.

Having previously resided around Port Melbourne, Richmond and East Brighton, Ding-Dong, as she is affectionately known, escaped after television and stage work to the country to experience peace and quiet amid beautiful scenery.

Title Tattle understands Drysdale is seeking a sea-change, having only recently resigned from Channel Ten's The Circle.

Perched high on a hillside, the Neerim North property is a four-hectare retreat with a grand bluestone residence built  from the local quarry.

It is the first time it has been offered for sale.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom architecturally designed residence comes with a sunken lounge with open fireplace.

There's a spa room with floor-to-ceiling windows taking in the unspoilt panoramas.

The property comes with a separate bluestone cottage with timber bar and fireplace, which Drysdale had as a billiards room.

The property comes with dam and shelter for livestock.

Evan Broadbent at Harcourts Warragul has it listed for February 23 auction.

There's something of a video produced for the marketing.
