A Port Hedland duplex has time-travelled 20 years, and $460,000, back in time to sell for just $95,000 by the mortgagee in possession.

It's the same price 46a Moore Street scored when it sold back in 1999.

In 2010, however, the 1966 built property sold for $555,000.

The two bedroom one bathroom semi-detached home is one street back from the beach.

Set on 482 sqm the home boasts original floorboards throughout as well as a double undercover carport.

Featuring an open plan living and dining arrangement the duplex also has a fully fenced backyard large enough for a pool.

The house was originally sold by the state housing commission for $29,000 in 1994.

The recent sale was listed as sold by the First National office, whose recent sale successes put them in the group's top 10 performers, resulting a reward with attendance at the recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) convention in Boston.
